The last time I saw Bishop Patterson was when I came to Memphis for the Holy Convocation in Nashville Tn. Prior to that he came to speak in Nashville and waved at me from the podium. He did that to any one he knew and especially his member. A true People Person.

I am sadden to hear about Bishop Patterson's death the last time I heard him preach was about two years agon on the word network, but I relocated to a new state and the cable company that I have does not have the word network so I always go online to search for his CD or DVD's and this is how I found out. My prayers goes out to his familiy as well as his congregation. I truly loved this man and I did not even know him personally but I fell in love with his message and then I would run to the Television everytime he was on just to hear the word coming from him. He will be missed.

Wow, the last time I spoke to Bishop and Sister Louise was in December of 2002. Bishop requested to meet me and my future husband after the service because I was home visiting from the Army at that time. I was a former member of the church orchestra and am a member of the church. I miss my church and have not found anything like it since!

I am fully pursuaded of what the scriptures say "God is a God of the living.... Bishop Gilbert E. Patterson is alive forever more. Each time I listen to the message God gave him to minister to me I am strengthen, motivated to keep integrity and to endure. The anointing is on Bishop's words for they are of Christ Jesus our Lord and Saviour. I am sooooo' blessed to have tapes and to still be able to view and hear Bishop Patterson online via You Tube and the many others sources made available through media. No one present or to come can hold God accountable for not knowing HIS divine will and purpose and the way to Jesus. Thank you Bishop Patterson, well done my good and faithful servant. I am not a regular TV ministry person, because so much of what you see is very commercialized and not Spirtual. However, the Holy Spirit directed me to TBN one Sunday afternoon and I was privileged to hear Bishop Patterson proclaim the word of God. I was enlighted and believed that he was a TRUE MAN OF GOD. I was deeply saddened to hear of death, however I have since looked forward to hearing his messages on my local cable station. I was also blessed to obtain a copy of his CD Old Time Singing, it has become my favorite. Bishop Patterson has left a great legacy, many will continue to listen to the Word as God gave it to him to share with his people. I know that the Bishop is is still with us in Sprit. Praise Be To God for sharing this humble Man of God.

I recently saw Bishop Patterson on tv just before Christmas and was enlightened by his sermon. I had heard him many of times and wanted to get some of his sermons and never got around to it. I would really like to purchase some of his sermon cd's and dvd's. Please let know what website I can go to purchase some of these sermons.
